Susan Tang, Consultant / Senior Compensation AnalystSusan has acquired a specialized knowledge of compensation and benefit programs over the past 10 years as a human resources consultant. Her recent background includes working as a consultant with Watson Wyatt’s Human Capital Group. In her role, she developed compensation management systems including, job evaluation design and modeling, pay equity, market comparisons, compensation design as well as conducting custom compensation and benefit surveys. Compensation SpecialistSusan’s expertise includes a strong foundation of analytical, research and technical skill which have supported total compensation design projects for clients in many industries including municipalities, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and consumer products. She develops, recommends, and implements compensation structures that are internally and externally competitive based on job evaluation and pay data. Susan also develops and conducts custom salary surveys as well as trains, facilitates and participates on job evaluation committees for clients. CredentialsSusan holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Western Ontario. She has her Certified Compensation Professional designation and is a member of the World at Work Association. |
