Susan Fong, Compensation Analyst

Susan analyzes compensation trends using pay market and client data. She also designs and conducts custom surveys for clients. In addition, Susan develops and implements compensation programs, as well as researches and compiles information on the latest compensation trends.

Susan also develops job descriptions, creates presentations for employees, screens questionnaires and advises on general human resources matters.

Prior to joining McDowall Associates, Susan worked for several years at a leading Canadian insurance company supporting an investment sales team.

Credentials

Susan holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Toronto.  She is currently working towards attaining her Certified Compensation Professional designation with the World at Work Association.
