Monica is proud to be a new member on the Human Resources consulting team.



Prior to joining Gallagher McDowall Associates, Monica held various roles with expertise in compensation operations, HRMS implementation, executive and regulatory compensation and governance with exposure in various industries including retail, financial services, insurance, telecommunications and municipal government.

Executive Compensation, Market Analysis, Program Design

Monica has experience assisting clients from various industries with their compensation strategy, program design, and administration needs.  Monica’s primary areas of expertise include the research, implementation, and maintenance of sound corporate governance practices; the design of incentive programs, the management and co-ordination of complex competitive market compensation reviews for executive and Board of Director positions; compensation policy, the development of job measurement methodologies and the facilitation of job measurement sessions.

Credentials and Public Profile

Monica holds an Honours Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate degree in Human Resources from Sheridan College.  Monica holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation with the WorldatWork Association as well as the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation with the Human Resources Professional Association.

Monica is actively involved with the Greater Toronto Area Rewards Association, has served as the Assistant Secretary and volunteer with various events.
