Managed projects from inception (analysis of current state, cataloguing of jobs, review of processes etc) through to design (benchmarking, market surveys, aligning to executive buy in) and finally to implementation (training in French and English for Senior Leaders, Managers and Employees, policies and processes, communication materials)
  • Simplified Disability Management processes involving multiple geographies and service providers ensuring a smooth and consistent process for employees while increasing service standards and providing key data metrics to meaningfully evaluate program offerings and evaluate changes
